Products and information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients, allergens and nutrition from our pack labels. Product photos may differ slightly from the actual product. Please read the label before consuming, especially if you have allergies (our cookies contain milk).
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or once we confirm a Cash on Delivery order. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual property
The Wholeway name, logos, packaging designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Wholeway / Bhairaj Organics Pvt Ltd and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
