Shipping Policy

How and when your Wholeway order reaches you.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of successful order placement and payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Where we deliver

We ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery estimates are shown for your pincode at checkout. Some remote pincodes may take longer or may not be serviceable; we will contact you if that happens.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details by WhatsApp or SMS once your order ships.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Food safety in transit

Our cookies and ghee are packed in sealed, food-grade packaging. Please check the seal when your order arrives.
