- Details you give us when you order or enquire: name, phone number, email, delivery address and message
- Order and payment status (we never see or store your full card or UPI details; payments are handled by our payment partner)
- Basic, anonymous usage statistics about how the website is used
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To answer enquiries, including Foodservice enquiries
- To send order updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email
- To send offers, only if you ask to join our list (you can opt out at any time)
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business: payment processing, couriers, messaging and hosting. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and food-safety law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@wholeway.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.
