- One grain, one source.Our bajra comes only from the Thar Desert belt of Rajasthan, bought directly from farmer networks — no blends, no fillers.
- Only Indian desi cows.Our barrel milk, butter and ghee come from indigenous breeds. No crossbred or buffalo milk mixed in.
- Slow methods, small batches.Ghee is made by the Bilona method (curd → makkhan → ghee); cookies are baked in desi makhan, never palm oil or vanaspati.
- Clean label, always.No maida, no refined sugar, no preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours. If it is not on the label, it is not in the product.
